ADM v JDM doors

Does any one know the specific differences between the an AE86 ADM and JDM door.

Is is possible to modify the JDM door to ADM standards. If so what is required to do this? How complex would this be?

it is for safety.

do i need to cut up some adm doors and have something welded into an jdm door..

or is it easier to look for better adm doors....

just need some perfect rust free doors.....sick of fixing my original ones
