no. well not to an S-series diff.
with backing plate will to T-series.

FYI, these brakes and disks can be used with a S series diff or any other 4 stud Toyota, as long as you made your own backing plates.
But these brakes will bolt straight onto a AE86/TE71 disk brake type housing with factory backing plates if you have them, of course.
