Bov positions

Hey people ive just finsihed my turbo conversion and now i need to plumb my bov into the intercooler piping... Does it matter which side it goes into ? i would like to put it on the intake side as the exhaust side is jam packed with afm/pod/battery etc where is better suited

well, as a rule of thumb the closer to the intake the better, as this is where the pressure begins. just try not to run crazy pipes to it as it does have an effect on lag, just keep it simple and as close to the throttle as possible, and she'll be right

That's what I've heard too. As close to throttle body as possible. If you're running a plumb-back system (as in you're making it legal and the BoV isn't atmo venting), you'll need to make it go back between the air filter and compressor housing on the turbo. So yeah, basically you have to put it on the intake side
