don't go Koni, they blow seals after 6 months even if they are good performing shocks and are pretty expensive. Had this happen to a few mates.
i'd go KYB Excel G as a cheap base shock, or TRD Blue if you got coin.
My vote? super short stoke KYB Excel G Sierras, when combined with 6kg springs the ride is bloody good.
