Respray in sydney

hi guys,
my dad just gave me his 86. it had the left rear corner damged in an accident and has already been repaired but the guy who did it did dodgy job.
so does anyone know a good panel beater in western sydney who has done a good job for them or who you've seen is good quality?

Thats awesome that your dad gave you an ae86, my parents don't even want me to have one even if i buy it myself (stupid parents). Have a look in the yellow pages and find someone who has a pretty good reputation. You will often find that you will still get good work from a small workshop, but just make sure that it is a licensed panel beater. When you narrow it down to a few, go get some quotes.

Stay away from reputable places like Queen Street and Xquisite unless you are planning on top shelf work with highest quality paint

its called ji smash repair. its a special mates rate thing, and if its paid in cash. but i'm pretty sure you'd be able to organise something.

thanks heaps Ade Mc ur a legend . i'll check them out hopefully they can get the 86 lookin decent again. but if theres any1 else out there who also knows a good panel beater i'm always open for suggestions?

I'm getting mine done starting in about a week through Colourworks in Thornleigh (north of Syd, up near Hornsby). Just a father and son run it - pop's been restoring cars for 30+ years, mostly Germans, but he's apparently done a Sprinter before. They pretty much specialize in restorations it seems... I had a look through his photo album, and the man does some amazing work. I'm pretty stoked about getting mine started, to say the least.

Finally gonna get all the rust out of mine - just took a bunch of "before" pics today, so I might start up a thread in Member's Rides if I get around to it.
