Considering pulling deadener and carpet out. Is it heaps louder without? Does listening to music sound like your in a bathroom?

quite alot louder yes... my ears were usually ringing after a drift sesh in my old rona (when i had it)
yeah its a BIT louder.. but i like it.. heat comes through the floor alot more 2.
as for music i dont have a sterio .. yet.. and i would think it would sound like a bathroom.. but ive been a sound engineer for a while so i'll sort it out..
What sort of paint does everyone use on there floor after sound deadening removal?
I hears someone had used colourbond roof and fence paint or por15? Roller application?

I used a colourbond Fence paint (white) for mine. Apply directly to metal surface without primer, I rolled it on. Its pretty thick stuff, Bout 1.5Litres coverd the entire floor+boot area in 3 coats. Looks just as good as any spray job with half the work and no/limited masking.
Meh, boring.
