Sorry to bump and old thread, but I've read through this and obviously come to a conclusion, don't waste your money...but I have the chance to get one of these on the cheap so I have a few Q's...

I know the advantages so far
    - They limit the Revs so the engine doesn't over rev and essentially die
    - They pop off some cool flames n shit :teehee:

But is there anything else I need to know? Disadvantages? E.g. Massive hole in the zorst from flames?

    Thaaanks

Edit: Sorry forgot to mention, running on a stock 4AC, will have a 2 1/4" Exhaust.

pros: can wire to handbrake annd set to a different rev limit (4000rpm) so when handbrakieing you can hold your foot flat to can instant power well letting it off

can wire it to the clutch enabling flat gear changes

can adjust the rev limiter from a constant popping to a massive bang sound with crazy flames lol

look neat and quick and easy way to adjust the rev limit

fun way to de-cat a cat haha

Cons: have been known to kill ceramic turbos

blow out cat's in no time

cannot raise the factory rev limit

ive got one for sale, i bought it for my sil but on the day it arrived i sold the sil - to get money to buy a sprinter woot
