Thread: ke70 with corona diff and disc brakes

    just put a corona disc brake diff in my car ke70 and the brakes are spongy i bleed them perfect i think i may need to upgrade my master cylinder and brake booster

    any one else have this trouble

    your brake bias will be stuffed because you have gone from drum to disk

    If possible put the break master/booster and bias block from the corona in it that will fix any bias problems for sure.

    If they will not fit which I don't think they will bigger master and adjustable bias block

    You shouldn't need to upgrade your master or booster for the changes you've made to your brakes.

    First make sure they are really properly bled. I always find they feel better after a few days and a second bleed. Make sure your bleed nipples are at the top of your caliper too.

    It could also be stuffed seals in your master, or pads not bedded into the disc.
