something i would like for quality control is a thread rating. be able to give each thread you read a rank out of 5 stars.
this way when a stupid thread comes up or if theres some mis or useless infomation in it we can tell by the rating it holds.
an example of thread ratings is on this forum
I have only been on here for a couple of months, but i have found the forum very useful. People should just get over the fact that there will always be pointless crap, and some people who have no idea what is going on, but will tell you that they know everything.
I think that the quality of the site is very good, and kudos to Nick for doing such a good job :2thumbs:

The forum is cosmetically better, alot of the shit talkers and dickwads have been banned and are no longer here, and I agree with Brendan that the people really on here for the love of AE86's (myself included) simply use this as a basis to gather info and meet other people interested in the same thing.
If you have a problem with Admin, thats your problem, why should we add to a poll to try and glorify yourself and prove a point that will probably end in you getting banned anyway.
Unless ideas are put forward about this "decreased forum quality" on how to change it, why bother? Thread rating will solve nothing in the shitfight department, maybe in the tech department yeah, but everywhere else it won't.
