Now, I'll be the first to admit i can be an asshole, and start shitfights and the rest, but i'm puttin forward to you guys, since this place is so divided (yes it makes it interesting at times but it looks ridiculous) that we the members of AE86DC do somethin about it.
No not everyone has the same ideas, or the same way at lookin at things, but as has been stated in other threads, we are here because we love our cars, not because we wanna show ourselves up or put shit on someone else.
Yes I have copped alot of flack in the recent days, I'm sick of it, as are many other members, aswell as the other members that are copin it because they don't think the they way they're "supposed to". It is absolute bullshit that it comes down to that.
Now you can flame me all you want, I'm right, we all know it, its not the forum that has decreased in quality, its the users, myself included. (no i know there are some top quality guys here that don't stoop so low)
So my opinion to this whole lot of crap is, if you do not like someone , whatever deal with it, theres always someone somewhere you don't like. there is no need what so ever for bullshit remarks, and purposely targeting someone, because you don't like what they are doing to their car, you ever thought maybe they don't like your style of tuning?
everyone here is intitled to what ever opinion they like, but its a matter of respect, to keep it to yourself, if you know that it is going to start bullshit (that includes respect for yourself). you wouldn't like it if they did it to you.
this is where 99% of crap comes from, the rest of the crap that occurs, is usually in the tech section. Now iknow that we all have made miscalculations, or the wrong info, we all have, don't deny it because you will look like a dick. my solution to this is not to post if u can't 100% rely on your source, now I'm not havin a dig, but the amount of young guys ive had come into work with some shonky ass mod they heard about in a forum, it is really amazing. it shouldn't happen, and i know i wouldn't like to feel responsible for some young kid or old for that matter to bust his balls, then to end throwin a hole lot of money away.
So my conclusion is, if u don't like someone, ok whatever, just remember they probably don't like you either, be an adult and get on with life. If you have an opinion about something that is likely to offend, think about how you say it, don't abuse them, be civil and most of all respect their opinion, idea, car or whatever.
Just remember this before you post, if u flame me, i will take it as you have taken this to heart and therefore are guilty for doing it.

I'm gonna try put this nicely gunbz-r, seeing as I don't actually know you personally and don't have a gripe with you at all, but if you are telling people to not take others words to heart, shouldn't you do the same and just ignore their pointless comments about something you feel is going to work anyway? It just seems hypocritical, everything else said has a very valid point, but that one just kind of stuck in my thoughts when I finished reading.
The idea is good tho don't get me wrong, but it isn't a new idea.
i know that as i said i do it to, and i know its not a new idea tho, but as u said in that other thread, alot of dicks have been banned/left, so maybe nows a good time to try
