exhaust help

whats goin on guys. so i just got my hachi and i need some help on which exhaust would be the best for it. i already have a 4age silver top in it and just wanna know what would be the best sounding and well as performing kit for the car. i'd appreciate if if you guys can help me out.

Set of extractors, a muffler and a resonator or two.

depends how much you want to throw at it...

have heard and seen awsome results from a FULL toda setup.. 4-2-1 stainless with cat stainless exhaust with one resonator and rear non cannon muffler.

still JUST legal i think but this thing pulled really hard all through the range with no surging, a result sometimes seen when the in out of the engine is overly tuned for high or low rpm.

that was a balls out awsome system but cost a fair chunk of coin, around 2g from memory.

i have some knock of 4-2-1 into straight pipes. Load as fark and way down on low end response compared to the other system described, it was about the same from 5g up

yes there were other differences, but the exhaust played a big role in how fast that car felt.

i have a 4age 16valve with exstractors, 2inch pipe,resinater,muffler and cat and people say its sweet.
prolly not made for power but still pulls hard

Look through magazines eg HPi and find a shop who can bring you in a proper jap catback exhaust, they sound the best out of all options.

All have removable silencers and sound amazing. Downside is that they are about $1000.

Alternatively get a 2.25inch mandrel bent system knocked up at your local exhaust joint with a centre muffler and a cat.
