AE86 digital dash into KE70

Hey guys,

Could be stupid question but i don't see any harm in asking. Has it been done or is it possible to do a digital dash conversion on a ke70 transplanted from Ae86? if so what is needed? What mods needed?

i would say no,

main reason being that it would look shit, as you'd have to cut out so much of the ke dash to get it to fit. look at the difference in shapes between the clusters and you'll see what i mean.

and that is before you start even thinking about how much wiring you'd have to change to make the thing work.

seen an 86 dash in a 70 before so it can be done which would obviously be able to accept a digi cluster

lot of work though, both fitting and wiring

if it's like the other toyota digital clusters you'll also need the matching digital fuel sender to make it work.
