have a ae101 gze motor with cam angle sensor,
and need some reliable info on which wires are which, on the cas side of things.
as i am currently trying to wire a aem computer in and have no spark and figure it may be the way i wired it up???

This has been covered on Toymods before. Have a look there.

Or I may be able to dig out my info tonight.

Basically you have one signal ground wire, two 1pulse per rev signals and one 24pulse per rev signal coming out of the CAS. It's pretty easy to tell which is which with the cover off. Also wire colours changed at some stage, the two CASs I've wired had different colour wiring coming out of them.

And I **think** all signals are falling edge, but again can check later on.

toyota reluctor type crank sensors are passive and therefore have no power supply. The four wires on your GZE cas are white, red, green and yellow (this is one the cas side of the connector). white is commn ground for all 3 pickups, red is Ne which is the 24 tooth per cycle pickup. Green and Yellow are G1 and G2 which are your resets. (both pickups are on the same one tooth wheel).

It sounds like you're conecting to an EMS. connect the white to ground, red to trigger and green to sync. ignore the yellow.
