ke70 slanty front to early front

hey

just wondering how you go about doing this conversion?

found a mint ke70 its perfect except its the later front.

so i figured i'd look into getting the conversion possibally?

I'm soooo gonna write this up in the FAQ when i get home from uni today.

you need

- bonnet
- 2 x guards
-front apron
-bumper bar
-all lights and indicators, and grill
-the piece that goes between the windscreen and the bonnet (the grill)
-you will need the little indicators on the guards, and you will need to wire them into the indicator circuit.

I'm pretty sure the flat front lights wont bolt into the slanty front radiator support (might be ae71's it doesnt bolt into?), you will have to get creative with with drilling new holes to mount them in if they don't fit.

other than that its a bolt in affair, get ya 10mm socket out!

Search Javal's topics, he has done an article on it in the tech articles section. Its quite easy apart from drilling/making brackets for the different headlights.
