there should be a grease nipple on it, just use some normal high temp grease
Hey guys!
Just looking at my one-piece tailshaft I had made up, and I can't help but notice a sticker on it saying "before use, lubricate universal joints". Two questions came to mind.
1) What do I lube it up with? (certain grease maybe, or a type of oil, or what?)
2) Is there a certain way or technique I should employ when lubing it, or are there specific parts I should make sure are lubed, or do I just cover it with as much as physically possible?
Thanks boyo's.

Where will it stop? Will it ever be finished? How will it go? Why am I not wearing any pants?

get a grease gun, put it over the nipple give it a couple of pumps till you see the grease coming out the joints and your set
Ahh, okay, never saw the grease nipple. Will have a looksie when I get home... but just ordinary high temp grease should be fine? No other traits I should be looking for?

on my one piece i do not have a nipple.. therefore no grease
Yeah, looked, and there is no nipple. I don't have to grease it?
