the axles are the same...the bearing retainer plates are not...
Question:
Zenki Drum brake axles and Zenki Disc brake axles the same?
Reason:
Will the Rotar disc fit over the end where the drum is ?
cheers,

the axles are the same...the bearing retainer plates are not...
The axles are different, but the disk should fit on either.
^explain...
to my knowledge the axles are the same lengths, same od's, same splines etc etc...however using different bearing retainer plates....
would be interested to know the difference....
well one runs a totally different wheel bearing to the other for a start.
i was under the impression that the larger type wheel bearing was reserved for the Kouki type axle....as you can use the Aus T-series axles with the Zenki disc setup...
Not the ones Ive pulled apart. disc brake = double bearing. drum brake = single.
thanks for clearing that up...
just to clarify though, you can also run ADM t-series axles with zenki disc setup
You would need a custom bracket or something to make that work.
no you don't...i have had this all bolted up, change the bearing retainer plate to maintain the correct bolt pattern and done...
