Once again it sounds like you want someone else to fix YOUR problem. Why don't YOU have a look at it and tell us why you have done. You even gave yourself a starting point.
Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with my headlights--I have high beams (on the dial), and I can turn on just my markers (on the dial), and I can flash (pulling back on the column lever), but my regular driving lights aren't working. Aren't I supposed to push the column lever forward for those? Nothing happens when I do--So, my first question is:
That IS how I turn on my regular headlights, correct?
And, after that, are there any common faults in that circuit that I can check? I haven't diagnosed anything yet--haven't even looked to make sure there was a working fuse in the box.
Thanks for the help. :turned:

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Nox @ Jun 11 2008, 12:36 PM) </div>you have got to be kidding....
that was your first mistake, your second mistake was posting that fact up on the internet....
you can't expect us to help you, if you don't try and help yourself first.
go and have a crack at fixing it, and come back when you've at least made an attempt.
(look at fuses first, then relays, will be a headlight relay in your engine bay somewhere)

like dave said, check ur fuses.
Check the bulbs as well, doesn't hurt.

takes longer to post this topic than it does to go over the above

and invest in a multi meter.
3 way switch - 1sp pos = off 2nd = parkers 3rd = H/Lights
on the stalk - pull back is flash Hi Beams
- push foward it Hi beams on
check all fuses / Relays/Bulbs, but if both rnt workings its fuse or relay.. then start somwhere and work foward.. or baack..
and atlest have a dig 1st.. u'll learn some about your car
check the connector under the steering coloum that links the indcator stalk.
Mine plays up sometimes.
Also check the indicator stalk 'dry' joints..
Low beam turned on, no lights and the high beam dash light is on.....
its probably the most simple thing that you can fix by going over the wiring and once again checking the fuses and bulbs, takes 10 mins tops and you should find your problem
Hey guys--I want to apologize for sounding like a tool. I know I did.![]()
It's NEVER my intention to get other people to solve my problems (although, if that could be done through the enternet, you'd be pretty dang talented). My only real requests were for you to tell me if there were any very common faults I should keep in mind, and how to turn on my regular driving lights (Which, I figured out how to do, btw, and felt like a complete jackass afterwards).
Now, for another question--Is there any way I can keep my headlights popped up without them being turned on? I haven't stumbled across how to do that yet. :ermm:
I'm assuming u have a trueno? there should be an extra position on the light switch just before ur normal beams i think it is. google for some pics and u should be able to find it. is ur car genuine jdm trueno or has someone converted it?
