NA vls are 25 spline, same as r31 pintara
VLT and all skyline r31s are 28 spline

    manuals are 3.7
    autos are 3.9
pintaras are 4.11 regardless of trans

the LSDs are useless, better than a one legger but not much better.

kaaz make a 2 way, but requires machining to the pinion gear to make it fit.

I'm not really answering your question here but i have to mention that stock R31 rear calipers are crap.

I havent had good experiences with them, the handbrake always sticks on, very annoying.

cheers, now blown 86, u say use the 28 spline 4 pinion version, does the pintara crown and pinion fit into this, as i wouldn't mind a 4.11:1 with stronger 28 spline axles, can that be done???

if anyone in melbourne reads this, who do they recomend??

yep, that's what I did although aftermarket, the lsd diffs are 28 and 4 and came in the pintara so you can get the 114.3 pcd axles.
You can use any of the CWPs with the lsd centres.

BTW aren't VP to VS rear brake callipers handbrake?
I'm sure at least the VR ditched the banskia handbrake and used handbrake callipers??

Not sure about VL and R31 callipers being the same, if you go hydraulic handbrake doesn't matter,

    Ratcheting hydraulic hanbrake...
