    hey guys

    i need to get a radiator in to finish my car.

    i was wondering is there any Alloy ones that fit or stock ones off another car thats two core and direct bolt in????


    any help would be welcome!!!

    Hyundi Excel.... i can't remember what year...

    they are plastic tanks, aloy 2 core and they fit well...

    jus put the standard one back in unless you have a turbo motor. stock ones are fine.

    excel, from an X3. try and get one that had air conditioning, has two thermo fans.

    It's almost bolt it.

    One of the bottom mounts require moving (cut and re-weld, or bolt a 'top support' to the bottom)

    just drill into the supprt panel to hold on the top brackets.

    Fitted.

    hoses line up ok, with a bit if force.....

    thanks for that info. a rusty rad wouldn't work would it? I'm sure he knows this.

    pretty much any 90s model excel rad is perfect, you may find one at a wreckers for a bargain price with thermos, i paid 155 for mine brand new, a great fit, and really light weight.

    Find a wrecker that doesn't know there worth!

    I got an x3 radiator, with twin thermo's for $30 bucks!

    They even took it out and pressure tested it...

    Tooradin wreckers FTW!

    edit: 155 for a new one is good!
