    I want to install my own valve stem seals and it looks to be straight foward to me, its for a 20V and as far as I can tell I just need to get a bolt, drill a 9.5mm hole in it and use that to push them in by the shoulder.

    Has anyone done this and is it a bad idea?

    i use a 9mm or 10mm socket to do v6 commy ones. works a treat.....oh a deep socket i mean

    there is some sweet tool that removes collets, fits seal, refits collets all in one.

    i can't remember where i saw it tho

    well I used long nose pliers to get the old ones off, seeing its a one off I really don't want to be buying a tool but thanks anyway
