Ok, this will sound rather stupid I'm assuming, but a T18 uses a full T series correct? 3T, T50, T series diff, etc? And also driveline wise, is there a difference between TE71 and TE72?

Sorry for the odd question, I'm only just getting into KE's and hav'nt extended my knowledge into any other of the old rolla forms of cars.

TE71 and TE72 driveline is mostly the same. But there are many different TE71 models. The GT models have disk brakes on the back and LSD, same as AE86. The gearbox is the same.
