No you can't use a T-18 one, you'll need either an AE71 one or an AE86 variety. Either will bolt in.
When putting a 4AGE in a KE70, I believe you can use the crossmember and the engine mounts out of an AE71 to do it, is this correct?
Can the crossmember and mounts from a T-18 also be used in a KE for a 4AGE?
Basically I have a KE70 and want to put a 4AGE in it, what crossmembers and mounts will I need and can I get them out of a T-18 (as I also have one of these)?
Any help is much appreciated.

engine AND gearbox crossmembers.
why do people always forget the gearbox one? haha
AE71 - 4A & T50
AE86 - 4A & T50
T18 - 3T & T50
KE70 - 4K & K40/K50
You need AE71 or AE86 crossmembers, T18 is a 3T-C motor, mounts are totally different. Pretty sure that you can't use the Gearbox crossmember from a T18 either.
