remember they are only lca's, why would you really need to clean them? no one will see them and driving in the rain will wash them off

    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Clinton @ Jul 28 2008, 09:57 AM) </div>what this guy said!

if your really serious (like that crazy teddy guy and his blue car  ) you can take all the bushes off, and attack them with some sandpaper/paint stripper

then get some nice paint or even get them powerdercoated if your keen (bit exy,but its good stuff)

and while your at it replace the bush with a nolathane one :2thumbs: (not that expensive if you buy them singularly, better of buying the whole kit in the long run, like 150$..worth doin)

if your just after a quick job, scratch them up a bit, and hit them with a rattle can (clean with a bit of mineral turbs/metho too)

I'm sure you can managed to scratch them up without destroying the bushes, and just tape up the ends of the bushes when you go to paint :2thumbs:

I like everything nice and clean on the rolla so i used petrol and degreaser mixed together, which worked ok. Still need to scrub the shit out of them though.

    <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (mtgg85 @ Jul 28 2008, 09:33 AM) </div>yeh, they are in real tight.

you'll need a press and something to put around the bush to stop the LCA from crushing when removing the bush.

it can be done but you risk damaging them.

just take them to a suspension place and ask them to remove and replace with nolathanes. shouldn't be too much.
