... how big do you think the hong kong market is? the road/vehicle modification laws there are insane, the office is to oversee manufacture for sure, not sales.

ill use it till it breaks and then buy more. i don't care who makes it or where its made, everything breaks in my hands i (and my father whos been telling me my whole life) will guarantee it.

nasa, a world leader in research, design, manufacture, testing and use of the most advanced technology can't make things that don't break or need repair.

using something that exceeds the limit of, or is used in time prolonged of what it was produced to will break.

Ull be surprised how many brands are no longer made in there orignal country. Labour is the most expensive component of most items. So if a country is giong to make it cheaper but then u have strict Quality control your company will still have the reputation. Hell i get my amusement equipment made in china now. 60% cheaper than if i buy it in the US and just as good.
Tein are excellent for the price. I still prefer my japanese suspension eg. GAB, keioffice but it also costs twice as much.

HONG KONG] TEIN HONG KONG LIMITED
Unit 16-19, 13th Floor, Grandtech Centre, 8 On Ping Street, Shatin, N.T. Hong Kong
    TEL852)2398 2929
    FAX852)2398 2928

Yup. I agree with slydar. In addition, top speed in Hong Kong is about 4 clicks due to traffic.

But as mentioned earlier, who cares if the quality is there?

Hope the quality is better then the address which is SHATIN. LOL!!

    they do some custom orders,
but you need to find one in Japan,
    to organise it.
(They don't do commercial amounts of custom units with this service either..)

    Or call Fulcrum Suspension.

as has been previously said in here....

who cares if it was made in "china"....when you start production over there you can choose what quality, what metal etc YOU want....then those standards are upheld for the duration of the contract....

well those standards are upheld as long as you don't give the manufacturer any latitude to change them, because they will.

anyway, like i said obviously tein are experienced manufacturers who know how to get the quality they need. so rest easy
