i found the pic just searching around some jap site. didnt have a brand or anything

but ive seen then before at this 2nd hand rim shop. 13x6, 4 for $170. but they were 4x100

Ahyes. I was about to post that they're probably from a tyre company... Dunlop also made some fairly similar looking wheels in the Dunlop Safety Rims series.
