wheel bearings kouki vs zenki

hi ive been told my rear wheel bearings are on the way out so i thought i would ask this dumb question before i go spend money on possibly the wrong bearings..

is their any difference between the wheel bearing size of a kouki rear end versus a zenki rear end.
i know that their is an axel size difference but does this effect the wheel bearing size??...

(edit :whistling:, Zenki drum) axles have smaller bearings than the kouki axles, I'm 99% sure all kouki rear ends are discs, and the bearings are way different, something like 20-30% bigger.

I would actually like to know the size of the zenki bearings compared to an s-series axle if anyone knows? They might be the same, when i replaced bearings on my axles for my t-series they were the same as a local corolla funnily enough in bursons listing.

There is no difference in wheel bearings between zenki and kouki.

Thats right Zenki and Kouki Disc Brake rear end Axles run the same Twin ball brg type.

Easy way to tell is have a look at the rear end near the brake backing plates for the larger dia and width in the Hsg, compared to say the T series T18 which only runs the single row type ball brgs and has a different looking shape near the backing plates.

Have seen a JDM AE86 Drum rear end with the single ball type brgs but the axle splines were the same as kouki .
