ok i frequently get asked this question by most people, either friends, family or just any old person...
"does it EVEN run?!" (with a strong emphisis on the even)
my answer is simply... "are you a fukwit? it has no engine!"
i mean, clearly it does not run due to the fact that it has no engine (at the moment I'm not keeping it that way hahaha). you don't have to be a mechanic to know that!
i also get asked, "are you leaving it like that?"
seriously, you have to be joking right. a bare shell with all the parts sitting next to it. i just have learnt to say... "yes, of course, i want it to be like the flinstones, holes in floor and rock wheels. these questions often come also from diesel drivers (haha kirt) and other p-platers whose parents buy them brand new cars <_< and havent a clue how to open the bloody bonnet. i also get... "so your a mechanic and don't have a good car"... AN AE86 IS A GREAT CAR!
oh well, its a hard life!
