Dam Roland... as if having a Kouki Levin isn't enough.. ahhah
Hello People!
Updates: Fitted my Indicators and Eyelids tonight! (pics added)
Fitted new leather steering Wheel, Much better =P
Removed Zenki Front end and polished behind lights and hard to reach places. Just waiting to find some kouki brackets to fit the new kouki front end.
I have decided to do a full Kouki conversion on my minti AE85 Trueno and I'll will be doing it properly. I'm trying to buy everything new or like new condition. So far I have acquired the following parts.
1. Brand new Kouki front bumper
2. Brand new Kouki Grill
3. Brand new Kouki bumper lights
4. Brand new Kouki corner fender indicators
5. Like new Kouki eye lids
6. Used front JDM vented rotors calipers, booster and master cylinder
7. Genuine like new Kouki Trueno fog lights.
8. Used x2 sets of Watanabes 14x6 and 14x6.5 (might upgrade later but one of these sets will do for now)
9. Kouki/Zenki rear spoiler (black)
10. Pair of (slim, not big and bulky) Recaro seats to be retrimmed in current color scheme. (out of an early supra I think..)
11. JDM Leather Steering Wheel.
12. ADM manual gear box and manual pedal set up. Will get a JDM later down the track.
All parts are yet to be fitted.
If your interested in any of my Zenki parts that will be replaced let me know! Currently for Sale, Clicky my For Sale Link!. Just PM me.
All I "need" to get now are the following;
1. Set of Redlines
2. Kouki rear bumper
3. Pair of TRD side skirts (if I can find em)
4. Pair of Kouki mirrors
5. Brown rear parcel shelf, good condition
6. And suspension and an engine once the body is finished and dad finishes building his shed.
*** If anyone is or knows of someone wrecking a Kouki Trueno, I need the x3 metal brackets that the kouki grill clips into. The bits that are spot welded to the body. they are quite different to the Zenki model. PM me***
Tell me what you guys think or if you have any suggestions.
Thanks guys and girls
Roland
