Bought my first AE 86 of some old couple in adelaide. they were the original owners( came with all books and tool kit)

Stock as with stuffed 4-ac. thrashed the hills for a bit stock til i finally sold my Familia GTR, then i pulled my 86 off the road and pulled out the engine and started some real work to it.

As it sits it is powered by a 4afe(not 4age) got greddy coilover set up, and 14 8 at all four corners.

Reason how come i went 4afe is cos i picked the engine and a jap spec t-50 for 120, then i rebuilt it with a 4agZe head gasket, and chrome rings. The dizzy is now mounted of the cam gear towards the carby. Im still using standard 4 ac block with 4afe pistons and head.

Rims are 14x8 with -+0 offset all round, with ssr mark 2 on the front with advan a3a on rear. They are wrapped in Falken tyres 185/60 14 ( i would highly recommend not to get these tyres, they are stretched and still feel like marshmellows, think the side wall is to weak)

Thanks to Ken at infinite autosports for rims, rear tail lights, and coil overs :2thumbs:

real easy to do hey, just machined up a couple of parts. Still using the standard 4afc dizzy from the wreckers.[attachment=30888:dizzysetup1.jpg]

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Gunner @ Sep 14 2008, 02:01 PM) </div>Sweet as F*#K! loving the coilovers, they are 8kg f and 6kg r, but ive got the shocks set on nearly the softest setting so it takes bumps heaps well. Just want the hand controller now.

What engine are you setting up the dizzy on?

its for a 20v, I'm just trying to find an easier way to do it, and I think i have found it, looks alot easier than trying to line it up with the cam, it'll be off the exhaust side, now I just have to worry about the heat lol.
