Hey guys i am having troubles in finding out what strut my car is using.. i was told there xt130 struts "by the owner that was unsure" , hilux calipers and pug rotors.. i am after front springs but i am not sure, what springs from what car i need. The perches may had been changed in its time so i am just after some info on what springs i should be chasing. I know it will be hard to tell

they will physically fit as the strut tube diameter is the same (2")

not so sure about springs though

if you want to keep the stock spring setup (perch) you will need a spacer below the shock insert as its significantly shorter than a stock insert.

alternative is to shorten the stock strut to suit the insert and you can then have the stock perch welded back on and get custom springs made to suit the height and rate you want or when the strut is shortened convert to coilover and choose from a large range of readily available springs
