Do they fit? Does anybody know for 100% certain weather or not AE86 steering arms fit onto XT130 corona struts?

If nobody knows for sure, is there anybody in sydney with a spare set of AE86 arms lying around that is willing to let me try them on my struts?

The bolt pattern is right. The AE86 arms do fit the XT130 struts. But the offset of the AE86 arms is different to the XT130 arms. There is an issue if you are running the HiLuX 4wd brakes (with XT130 struts and AE86 arms), as the disk will hit or come too close to the lower control arm with this setup. If you are running the HiLux 4spot brakes, you may have to use the XT130 or RA23 arms (and have the shortened if you need that).
