20v cam upgrade

hey everybody,

just wondering how much of an increase in performance i would get if i put in toda cams/gears?


would it increase acceleration and top end power? coz thats what im looking for....

any other suggestion for parts...oh yeh n i wanna keep it NA coz i just love thaa soundddd eheh

First off, welcome to AE86 Driving Club.

Secondly, you'd do well to acquaint your with the search button, which is up the top of the page in red. This topic has been covered a few times.

There's also an FAQ section which has lots of information in it and makes good reading.

Also, if you have a look at the members rides section - you might find someone who's done what you're looking to do! Shoot them a PM if you want any info from them, most people are more than happy to answer your questions.

the short answer is yes. if you can afford them, the toda cams are about the best choice for a 20v, and theyll make a very noticeable difference.

dont forget though, youll need a tune, and fitting is going to cost a bit ($300 ish) as the 20v is shim under bucket.
