    I just used a big hammer mate

    Cutting the gaurd off wont pass rego here

    The proper way to do it is to cut the outer and fold the inner over it and weld it to the outer then its good for shakken (rego) but i dont have a welder and i wanted it done. Hours of flaring but i punched em out pretty far.

    The bit of damage near the bumper was already like that. Flaring it by hand didnt cause that.

    Thanks mate

    Yeah just getting time to put them on. Its my work car too so i cant do anything extreme and take it off the road for too long at this stage

    Had to hurry up and put on the overfenders cause i got stopped by the cops twice last week once was a warning 2nd took it up the bum

    wheels were sticking out to far..
