    Unhappy Aftermarket pistons

    Hey guys, cant seem to find anything, worried as to whether I will be able to use standard rods with aftermarket pistons, seeing as the gudgeon pin in the stock pistons is like press fit in or something.. any info on this?

    consult the piston maker, it is possible to have a pressed rod with floating pistons. You might be hard pressed to find aftermat pistons for the 18mm rod

    Nah its fine, CP have replied to me and can make me some, just thinking whether or not I'm going to need new rods.. but im starting to think I might just go for it lol
