VIC: Beige ke70/ae71 hybrid full of stuff!

Unfortunately i'm selling out, have decided to head to the dark side, although i will get another corolla shortly i think.
Up for sale is my '83 flat front ke70. Car is located in Northeastern suburbs, Melbourne.
The car has 5 months rego left, expiring mid october, but no rwc will be offered.
It has the following
-4K to 4AC conversion (AE71 crossmember, hyd. clutch, gearbox) ready for 4AGE goodness!
-32/36 Weber with modified linkages
-lowered on ford low springs(rear) and stock commo springs (front),
-Sigma lower control arms with new balljoints
-xt130 corona struts with twin piston calipers
-###### lock spacer with RA40 tie rods
-Reco'd AE71 4AC radiator with single Thermofan
-Fender mirrors
-Mad camber!
-5 speed with exedy 4 puck button clutch
-locked diff
-drift button
-push button start
-lipped and flared guards
-oil catch can.
-working tacho dash
-15x6.5 hoshino's with 195/50s, fronts are falkens with 95% tread.
-30mm bolt on wheel spacers on the rear
-Aftermarket bucket with custom ADM seat rails.
Car runs well, fires 1st push all the time even in the cold. Handles awesome, has wicked camber.
Car draws comments from everyone, always have people waving at me/commenting/randoms complimenting it.
Car has a few small points i want to mention:
-It doesn't have a 4age! Simple remedy really.
-Seat could do with a re-trim, if you're fussy, i was going to do it just haven't had the time.
-Car does have a few little dints, and a few marks on the bumpers. Don't be expecting a 1 owners sunday church driven car.
-Front guard has cracked bog, it has been flared a long way and yes, it does have bog. Will fix this before i sell it.
-Paint looks better from a few feet back than it does up close. Again only an issue if you're really anal about that sort of thing, i just want to let people know.
-diff does whine a bit, i just turn the radio up, or if it annoys you just buy another stock centre and weld it up!
Asking $2400 as it sits there, $2200 with bbs 15's on the front/14" jellybeans on the rear, or 2k bring your own wheels and no spacers. Not desperate to sell, but if it sells sooner that would be nice as it'll help for my next car.
