ae71 quad lights

i have an ae71 with quad lamps, the other night i got pulled over by cops because all four lights were on. they think that the high beams are on. they said only 2 are mean't to be on, but when i flick the high beams on its even brighter, are the cops wrong?

tint one of em yellow and say its foglights lol

where can i get them tints from?

Yeah cool then get a fine for driving with fog lights on in non foggy conditions. Genius!

Wire them up properly? Im under the impression they are meant to be outside for low beams both for high beam.

yeah thats what i think, but when both are on they aren't bright, just normal low beam. but i flick high beam on its pretty bright.
