Ma61 Seats

Going to pick up some ma61 seats tomorrow and wondering whats going to be involved in modifying the rails. I haven't pulled seats out before so not sure on the logistics of mounting points but just want a general idea whether its simple as re drilling new holes or going to require me to cut and re weld anything?

what car?? corona t14x and xa6x is straight bolt in, most likely need to mod for ke70/ae86 ect

ps. if you just cant bring your self to making them fit ill take them off your hands
