problem - Unsure what to use

occurs/started when -

Basically, I've done research but can't really find an appropriate answer. I know that i can use SW20 or SV21 inserts for a short stroke but is it really necessary? will AE86 inserts be alright? I'm not planning to go super low so i'm not too sure what insert to use.

Any pointers and suggestions much appreciated!
