This would appear to be a factory steering wheel for an AA63 GT-R / any 4AGE equipped xT14x chassis Carina / Corona for those playing at home, not the AE82 Twincam wheel.

Hey guys, got a spare twincam steeringwheel for sale. Condition is good as in pics with a little obvious wear you can see in pics. You can see in the pic one of the little clips has broken but it stays on fine.
Located in SA if anyone wants to pic up otherwise can post at buyers expense.

Thanks for clearing that up. All I know is it wasn't the AE82 item.
