Thanks for youre help guys I know exactly what it needs for rwc as iv been thru it soo many damn times, but never a engineers cert.. I'v been to toyospares in baysie, but never knew they supplied certs..

Iv spoken with a mates mate whos a engineer and his said no extractors, no choppies, standard brakes were fine, after market seats... basically go thru the whole car see how everythings done and away I go.. he was asking around $600 fo just the check then extra for seats, brake test if its been upgraded etc etc etc..

Soo im guessing I need a engineers cert and a rwc around the same time for the big day at vicroads?
