Reputable Diff Shops?

Anybody know of any good Diff shops around the northern / western suburbs?

Gotta get the plates changed out of an LSD plus fit it all up with 4.1 gears into a Tseries.

IMO, your better off buyin a diff already put together as the last diff shop I went to with my kaaz 2way was trying to tell me that the centre was broken when all it was infact was just really tight and chattering loudly, they are from keilor park drive but I forget their name.

I had a few diffs built at Trans Gear and Diff (or something similar, on Mahoneys road from memory) in Thomastown a few years ago. It's hard to tell really whether they did a good job or not, but they could do solid spacers, all of the diffs subsequently worked, they had them ready when they said and I paid a fair price.

So I'd use them again, but I wouldn't say they are the gods of all things diff related.

Yeah, if i hadnt gathered up a bunch of parts for this diff already i would of just gone that route. Really cant be effed selling off this shit to wait and buy another, single spinners killing me! If you end up remembering their name, could you post it up in here?

Ill give Trans gear a ring tomorrow, they sound alright, cant really expect much more than that anyway.
