Inlet manifold plug I'm pretty sure is a temp sensor. And fuel rail things. There should be like black locating plastic tube bout 10mm long or less to seal it up
Hi All,
I'm in the middle of a 4age -> ke70 and have realised the loom I've got has been played with a little.
Just hoping that you could confirm if the following is correct.
Cut Wires - Near where loom goes into cabin engine bay side
My guess is these are for the wiper motor control and can be ignored if i retain the ke70 wiring.
Yellow Plug in middle of Inlet Manifold
I don't have a plug to connect this into, but I have a brown and yellow wire which has been extended to reach the airbox and an air temp sender has been added in. My thoughts would be it is ok to leave this disconnected and use the air temp sensor in the airbox.
Between Fuel Rail And Screw holes
Also what goes between the gap between the fuel rail and the bolts to hold it down? is it just spacers?
Appreciate your help, i'll attack the wiring later this afternoon

Blue wires, about 4 of them where the loom passes through the firewall are likely wiper motor.
Yellow plug is air intake temp sensor.
Yellow with brown to other sensors is air intake most likely, wire code is correct for factory Toyota, later small port is yellow with a black stripe (same as oil pressure).
Hose port from intake rocker cover feeds to std rwd intake manifold and feeds crank case gas to before the throttle body.

The colours on the ke70 wiper motor match what has been cut so i'm pretty confident this is right... The wiring is now complete and i've got power where it should have and the dash lights up. Will try starting it boxing day
Definitely wiper motor wires. Edit: and also for the washer motor.
Air intake temp sensor, like you said, it should be fine to run one in the airbox
And yeah, you're meant to have 3 little risers that go under the fuel rail.
