4AG-E Clutch fan dimensions
I'm comparing sizes of clutch (factory type) fans for a motor conversion, as there isn't alot of room a smaller clutch fan is needed.
Can anyone please take a measurement of a standard 4AGE clutch fan and post it here. I'm just looking for -
- MM of diameter of fan blades
- The PCD of the mounting holes on the water pump pulley.
Also, don't suggest to use thermo fans, i could do that but the conversion is budget conscious.

I don't have the dimensions on hand, but a couple of points for you that might be of interest.
The AE86 4AGE fan is exactly the same as the 4AC fan, externally. They do however have a different viscosity in the viscous hub for the different engines.
If you are going to run a clutch fan make sure you have a proper RWD water pump. They are taller (stick out further from the motor, run a different pulley also) because they have the correct bearings to support the weight of the fan.
not to worry, its not for a 4A of any kind so it'll be fine
the viscosity is not of worry to me, that only dictates the engagement, not the RPM control, but thanks.
I can measure my 4ac fan if you still need this?
