have i got all the parts?

hey all ive been working on my ke70 for the last 5 months getting it ready for the 4age it is about to receive

but....im not a mechanic and i know little about all the little parts involved in this conversion(im learning along the way i think)

so im wondering if you guys are able to help me out to see if im missing anything

i have taken the photos on my phone so they may be a little crap

in pics 2 and 4 can somone tell me what these are i have no clue

i forgot to mention i have the ecu and a new clutch

Your peddle box looks to be wrong, you can't fit an ae86 box to a ke70 "easily". Ae71 units are a single piece with the brake / clutch together.

From left to right..

Pic 2 is the TVIS plate..
Pic 4 is the plate that sits between the engine and gearbox.

Also ensure you have either an ae86 or ae71 crossmember and the 4a engine mounts outta either of these cars. Gearbox wise you want an ae71 gearbox mount too.

You'll need a clutch master cyclinder which AJPS can supply you cheaply.

im picking up my crossmember tomorrow with the rubber mounts on it so my pedals are wrong u say dammm and i hav a master? in pic 6

Photo 2 & 3 are the TVIS plate from between the head and inlet manifold.

Photo 4 is a plate which bolts onto the back of the engine before fitting the flywheel. It's a FWD plate in the photo and will not cover the bottom of the bellhousing. You need a RWD one if you want to avoid shit collecting in your bellhousing and ruining your clutch.

Did you get the spigot bearing and thrust bearing with the clutch? If not you will need them also. Best to buy slave cylinder and clutch master cylinders new also, for less than 100 bucks for both items brand new it's cheap insurance to not get stranded when second handys fail.

cheers for the help...are u sure its fwd? and the pedal box is defos an 86setup? i can take more pics if there not good enough

Yeah I'm sure it is, and the pedalbox definately isn't an AE71 item. As mentioned above AE71 pedal assembly has clutch and brake pedal together in one unit.
