There are like 3 threads on this I use penrite limslip 85/140. Just drain it and fill it up till it overflows.
Some say you need an additive and you should do figure in reverse in a carpark but I didn't and havnt had any trouble.
hey guys, got a jdm ae86 kouki with a tight lsd (unsure what tho)

MOPAR or no car!
you only need to do the additive and the figure 8's if its noisy
whats the aditive?
i also use the penrite lim slip stuff good stuff
running penrite 140 as above skids twins loves life no whine
penrite limslip additive 7098.
it really helps if you have a noisy diff, if its not noisy don't bother.
its noisy haha. it says add 1 bottle of lsd additive to 2l when the diff only takes just over 1l. should i add the whole bottle or just half?
i added all of it cos mine would chatter all the time. its not an instant fix, hence the slow reverse figure 8's which make the friction plates turn the other way to help the new oil mix get in.
the figure 8's are optional it just speeds up the process.
mine took a good couple hundred k's until it got quieter. but i didnt do figure 8's.
