Aussie heads (Marky) in tweed heads is a magician with engine builds, does awesome head work as well, all at a good price. The bottom end would be sent off to be properly balanced but all the rest is in house.

more ipswich way but road and track are pretty good with toyota engines from what i've heard , no idea what they cost though and it's second hand feedback so might want to research them.
