Yh for 16v,
And y is that cause there is no difference
Appropriately sized turbo / mani helps with lag more so. With quads you'll need a decent inlet mani which doesn't come cheap
Ohk important running a td05 atm an goin to change to a 2860r or 2871r.
I was planning on making to intake myself as i have all the gear at work to do it.
So seeing that the only cost i would have would b the throttle bodies an tune would it be worth it or just a waste of time
worth it because you can do it
not worth it if you can't afford it and low on cash already
dose
tassie boys are on the right track

It makes tuning harder/more annoying. It's almost a must to tune in 4d. Some big power gtr's just ditch the itb's because it takes a lot longer to tune and single 90mm tb is a lot simpler.
I would just make a nice single throttle manifold with tapered runners and be done with it. but don't do a tapered plenum like the above one unless you're doing a dual chamber with a taper on the first and a uniform shape second chamber with the runners tapping off that. but even then, you need to look into the design a lot to get it spot on.
The one nice thing about ITB's and turbo is this, with a single throttle, the % tps is not really relative to the % power being produced through the rev range, with ITB's it's much much close, which will make it easier to drive and apply power especially in adverse conditions, the first time I noticed this was way back in the day, after dyno many SR20's we happen to dyno a GTi-R SR20 with factory quads and noticed this.
Spot on.
Talked to my tuner the other day and he said exactly the same thing.
