Ola muchachos,
I've got a uni assignment that I need to make a fanzine(art term for magazine) and I've chosen to do mine on Hills Driving Culture in Australia.
I was wondering if everyone could pitch in on some info for me.
Basically, I need to know all of the driving roads in SA, NSW, VIC, and QLD, and the teams(#### etc.) in each state. Also, if there is much of a crew going around in vic, I'd be up for following you around one night for a 'day in the life' type of article.
Thanks in advance guys.

Does it have to be in Aus. Jap driving culture would be far more interesting...Aus driving culture is shit...
In Japan they have actual tolled driving roads in the mountains where the cops leave them alone..
MOPAR or no car!
Sounds pretty incriminating, I would pick a different topic.
it still takes place IMO. but not to the extent of a few years ago. where abouts are you located mate?
I don't plan to make it incriminating at all... And if you're not comfortable posting anything, feel free to PM me it. It's going to be more informative than telling peoples names, states and regos. I'm in vic btw.
Adelaide has some really good driving roads, mostly around the montacue area. The best road (unnamed) has a few hairpins in a row and there is a lot of shifting involved so you can pretend you are on BMI. My friends and I used to go up quite a lot with our mostly pos cars, a stock 1992 Integra, pretty stock S13 and a hell slow Mk 1 Escort (except the guy who drove it was a nutcase so he beat us sometimes). One of my mates recently crashed up there in his WRX. But you do see heaps of JDM rides up there gunning it.. however there is no culture (that I know of) where heaps of people do a Fast N Furious style meet

Happy to help if you're not putting actual road names out there. When's this project due?
