If I was getting mine reco'd, I'd get bears to do it. Done a few guys at my works gearboxes, they know their shit.
Not cheap, would depend on the box and what needs to be replaced, rb25 one is bout $1k and up
Gearbox and Diff Reconditioning
Hey guys,
my gearbox has just crapped its self and i think my diff needs looking at, so am wondering if anyone can recommend any places in Sydney that do a good job or know toyota suff. Also if anyone has a rough idea of what it would cost to get both my diff and my gearbox reconditioned would be good to know

also recommend bears (as i did to blake), all our diff / g box work gets sent to them, if your keen for bears tell me and ill get a price and do it as its my box, and diff should be cheaper, ring and get a rough idea first
