water temp sensor same between 4age and 4k.

hey are these sensor the same. i know that 4k and 5me sensors are interchangable

just wondering it anyone knew off the top of their head before i go toyodiy hunting.

my logic tells me that because E7 corollas came with 4k and 4ac engines with the same dash that the resistance would be the same all round. Physically I don't know. Look up a tridon catalouge and see if they have the same part number?

As far as I know, bigport 4AGE and smallport 4AGE water temp sensors are different, however bigport 4AGE should be the same as 4K (M16x1.5 thread, resistance or waterever the sensor measure might be different though?)

yeah thinking about it now, you can directally use the 4age sensor on 4age into e7 convertions and plug it straight up to the e7 cluster.

so they must use the same resistance then yes?
